Another in the Fish Eye series completed in 2017. The Rainbow Trout was the first fish that caught my curiosity as a child, and started a lifelong obsession with fish. The bright Rainbow with flashes of red, green, and blue on an iridescent background is truly a wonderous sight to behold. This lively fish makes delicious pan fried, especially over an open camp fire.
